>>How much is the shipping price?
We count shipping price in a fixed method below (it will be affected by your nation & exchange rate):
For example, a US customer bought a 0.18KG product and he needs to pay 0.18*9.7usd/KG+2.4usd registration price=4.15usd.
Different countries have different per KG of shipping fare and registration prices.
When you check out, you can check the product weight. When you go into a product page after selecting your country in the beginning, you can check your shipping fare on the product page. If you add different products into your cart, shipping fare will be shown on your check out page.
>>Can I trace my package?
Yes! Once your order is paid, you will receive an email including a link. Click that link and post your tracking number on it, then you can trace your package.
>>What will happen when my package is lost?
If your package is lost, please contact us via the green Whatsapp button on the lower right side of our site or send us an email via aqua.sales@senzeal.com. We will refund your payment or send you a replacement.
>>Can the seller provides help for me to install my products?
